As a result of the inherent qualities of a natural product, there may be variations in color, size, texture, pattern, brand and patches that can differ from samples or images shown. Should you wish to return or exchange an item, excluding custom rugs, please submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org, within ten days of receipt of your item. Please include your sales order number with your request. Our customer service department will contact you with an RA (return authorization) which is required for your return. All returns must be received in our warehouse within ten days of RA date. Please send using original packaging when possible, prepaid and insured to:

Home Decor Fine Rugs will credit your account, excluding a 20% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping charges, upon receipt of your return. If you wish to exchange an item, include that in your request, and we will notify you of any price differential which may result in a credit or balance due depending on the item you select.
